                                   THE BULL ANT The Bull Ant is one you do not want to have joining your picnic  for they are on mean nasty creature very, very aggressive they are no matter how big you are they will stand up to you and some species can jump onto you if you get close enough the one pictured below known as the jumping jack or Bulldog ant. There are about 94 different species of the Bull Ant throughought Australia and some of them have the most toxic venom in the insect world . People have died after being stung due to severe allergic reactions from the venom some like myself are fortunate or unfortunate  depending  on what perspective you look at it that on being stung we experienced extreme pain. Miles and Miles of Nothing! Queensland when people think of Queensland they think of Sun,Sea and Sand of tropical weather which is true in some parts. In this video I am in the bush a few miles outside of Gympie and it is the middle of winter as you will see it is anything but tropical  Australia is a huge country with different climates even in the same state.

Mick Angelhere's Australia Koala in the Tree

This Koala is having his lunch in a tree in the most unexpected location one would think they would live deep in the bush. This one is living in suburbia in the beautiful Port Stephens of New South Wales home to a fair size population of Koalas they do face threats from dogs , cars and other perils that comes with living close to humans.
